Batch Collected Data
Note: This option is only available with IntelliTrack Mobile Batch.
At the View Collected Data form, you are able to view collected data.
- The transactions listed at this form are sent to the main IntelliTrack application during a data upload. They may be found at the Upload Processing page.
- This form contains a Purge button for manually purging all of the collected data listed at this form. For more information about purge options in IntelliTrack Mobile Batch, see "Batch Purge Data".
- This form also contains a Delete button for manually deleting a single transaction record listed at this form.
Select View > Collected Data from the menu bar to reach this form.
The View Collected Data form shows all transactions performed on the handheld device.
- The amount of transaction records contained in the form is listed in the Record(s) field in the top right area of the form. For more information on IntelliTrack Mobile Batch transactions, see "Mobile Batch Transactions".
- To delete an individual record, select it and tap the Delete button. A prompt appears, asking you to confirm deleting this record. To continue, select Ok; the prompt closes and the record is removed from the Collected Data form. To cancel deleting this record, select Cancel; the prompt closes and you are returned to the Collected Data form, the record remains in the collected data.
Warning: Proceed with caution when deleting a collected data record. Once the record is deleted, it cannot be retrieved.
- This menu option allows you to manually purge handheld data in IntelliTrack Mobile Batch.) (The collected data should be purged after uploading the data to the PC and processing the upload. To manually purge collected records, select the Purge button. All records contained in this form will be purged.)
Warning: Proceed with caution when purging your collected data. Once the collected data is purged, it is permanently removed from the device and cannot be retrieved.
